We’re looking for a dedicated, creative, and compassionate Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. If you love helping children, teens, and families build emotional regulation, coping skills, social confidence, and meaningful connection—this is your dream job. 

We are a vibrant, fast-paced community-based clinic looking to add a compassionate mental health professional who is passionate about supporting children and families through play-based, family-centered, and strength-based care. 
 

What You’ll Do:  

  • Provide behavioral health support to children, teens, and families with a variety of emotional, social, developmental, and behavioral needs 
  • Work as a cohesive, collaborative team alongside therapy professionals and caregivers 
  • Lead engaging individual, family, and group sessions focused on emotional regulation, coping strategies, social skills, behavior support, and life skills 
  • Partner with families, schools, and professionals to support each child’s growth and participation across environments 
  • Develop individualized strategies and home programs that help families carry skills into daily routines 
  • Track progress and celebrate every win—big or small 

What You Bring:  

  • Hold current Washington state licensure or be eligible for licensure in a mental health field 
  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, behavior analysis, or a related mental health field from an accredited university 
  • Active License in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW,) and  
  • Active credentialing with WA 3rd party payers 
  • CPR certification 
  • A playful spirit and a heart full of compassion 
  • Knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, family systems, and functional skill progression 
  • Awareness of neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and culturally responsive practices, with motivation to support clients and families using this framework 
  • Flexibility as an adaptable team player with a strong desire to learn 
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, time management, and communication skills, with willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team 
  • Experience in a pediatric outpatient, community-based, mental health, or family-centered setting is preferred but not required
